招標(biāo)，尤其在政府投建的項(xiàng)目和大公司中最常見，不知飼料企業(yè)為何也搞招標(biāo)？
飼料廠招標(biāo)的目的不外乎這幾個(gè)：（1）切斷采購(gòu)人員吃回扣的利益鏈條，獲得低價(jià)格和更廣的選擇范圍；（2）可能僅是一場(chǎng)秀，提高知名度；（3）“因?yàn)槲液艽�，所以我招�?biāo)”。即使是企業(yè)招標(biāo)，類似中標(biāo)內(nèi)定也很常見，多數(shù)只是陪標(biāo)，起初大家都摩拳擦掌應(yīng)標(biāo)，想一顯身手，最終，大多鎩羽而歸。
飼料廠招標(biāo)為何會(huì)把好產(chǎn)品拒之門外？這是由不當(dāng)?shù)恼袠?biāo)采購(gòu)制度決定的。招標(biāo)采購(gòu)的目的是獲得性價(jià)比最好的產(chǎn)品，像類似招標(biāo)價(jià)第二低價(jià)者得的招標(biāo)制度，根本招不到好產(chǎn)品。
往往低價(jià)與低質(zhì)聯(lián)系在一起，越是好產(chǎn)品，價(jià)格會(huì)越高。有些產(chǎn)品的檢測(cè)需要較高的技術(shù)要求，例如酶制劑，在招標(biāo)公告上要求木聚糖活性≥100萬(wàn)單位/Kg，投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品來(lái)了，由于許多飼料企業(yè)缺乏必要的檢測(cè)手段，只能看供應(yīng)商提供的資料，然而，為了中標(biāo)，供應(yīng)商出于價(jià)格的壓力，降低產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量成為必然。對(duì)于技術(shù)含量高、檢測(cè)方法復(fù)雜的產(chǎn)品，一味的追求低價(jià)格，肯定招不到好產(chǎn)品。
