寫本文的目的，不是宣傳蒙脫石到底有多好，目前市場上針對蒙脫石有不同看法，尤其是脫霉劑用量較大，某些企業(yè)過大宣傳蒙脫石的脫霉效果，適得其反，其實蒙脫石的使用主要在于消化道疾病方面的使用，醫(yī)藥蒙脫石（思密達）各大醫(yī)院使用廣泛，且效果無可替代，卻在豬病方面的使用一直未被重視，研究開發(fā)單位投入精力較少，作者從事豬病多年來，在蒙脫石使用方面有個人見解，不到之處，望斧正！
蒙脫石是一種消化道粘膜保護劑，各大醫(yī)院早有研究與應(yīng)用，主要用于腹瀉。
其藥理作用：
1、覆蓋消化道，與粘膜蛋白結(jié)合，增強粘膜屏障作用；
2、促進消化道上皮細胞的恢復(fù)和再生，改善細胞正常的吸收與分泌功能；
3、平衡寄生菌叢，提高消化道的免疫功能；
4、激活凝血因子，具有消化道局部止血作用。
作者治療豬病經(jīng)驗分享
1、斷奶仔豬腹瀉：發(fā)病原因一般由斷奶應(yīng)激所致，偶爾伴隨細菌感染，發(fā)病快，死亡快，一般來不及治療就死亡，
預(yù)防：斷奶前3天用蒙脫石3-5克，配合教槽料一起飼喂，發(fā)病率減少60%以上；
腹瀉治療：蒙脫石3-5克，配合腸道抗菌藥（諾氟沙星、新霉素等），添加一定比例的酶制劑，同時減少飼料飼喂量，有脫水的豬飲水中添加口服補液鹽，一般2-3天拉稀即可停止，控制腹瀉速度快。
2、大豬的霉菌毒素引起的腹瀉：建議豬場購買便宜的脫霉劑，每噸飼料添加5公斤，兩天腹瀉即可解決。
3、母豬胃潰瘍或胃粘膜出血：蒙脫石配合雷尼替丁，治療胃潰瘍效果可觀，預(yù)防胃潰瘍，單獨的蒙脫石就可以。
4、蒙脫石配合阿莫西林，治療仔豬黃白痢，治愈率比單獨使用抗生素效果要好很多，病程短，見效快。
5、流行性腹瀉：目前沒有太好辦法，只能維持治療，重在預(yù)防母豬懷孕期的疾病發(fā)生，如便秘、產(chǎn)程過長、難產(chǎn)后的消炎與護理，蒙脫石針對仔豬7日齡內(nèi)的流行性腹瀉可有效保護腸粘膜，減少脫落速度，如能護理得當(dāng)，對治愈率幫助很大。
6、蒙脫石跟阿司匹林等解熱鎮(zhèn)痛類藥物聯(lián)用，可減少藥物的胃腸道反應(yīng)，且不影響藥物的吸收。
