膨潤土的蒙脫石含量
膨潤土礦多屬鈣質(zhì)土,礦床類型多為火山巖型,礦床地質(zhì)背景屬中生代白堊系下統(tǒng)陳棚組,火山巖蝕變產(chǎn)物,與珍珠巖共生,通常為灰白色、淺黃色、粉色等,外觀呈貝殼狀并有蠟樣光澤。膨潤土礦以蒙脫石為主,其它伴生雜質(zhì)礦物主要有方英石、方解石、伊利石、菱鐵礦和有機質(zhì)等。
從膨潤土礦類型及礦物生成順序可知:膨潤土礦礦床的火山物與各礦物的形成可歸屬三期:表生期、成巖期和熱液蝕變期。在蝕變過程中表生期主要形成的是侵染狀褐鐵礦和沿巖石微裂隙充填的鐵泥質(zhì);成巖期主要形成的是玻璃質(zhì)、角閃石、斜長石、石英、玻屑、晶屑、巖屑及共生組合為斑晶、基質(zhì);熱液蝕變期是成礦的主要時期。熱液蝕變期主要形成了蒙脫石,其次是硅質(zhì)、碳酸鹽、高嶺石、滑石等。
熊慕慕(2007)研究中指出,膨潤土的外觀顏色與蒙脫石含量間具有很強的相關(guān)性,淺黃綠色礦中蒙脫石含量最高、灰白色次之,粉紅色最低;但這與本公司的調(diào)查研究結(jié)果不一致。蒙脫石原礦由于成因不同,導(dǎo)致蒙脫石層間晶格結(jié)構(gòu)中鐵離子、鈣離子、錳離子、鉀離子等金屬離子含量的不同,進而導(dǎo)致蒙脫石呈現(xiàn)不同的外觀顏色,故蒙脫石的含量與蒙脫石的外觀顏色間無相關(guān)性。
